I don’t think I could possibly express the depth of my love for this Emerald City, I don’t think I could raise my children anywhere else. I say it all the time, more and more, and each day I spend bonding with this town, my pride grows and sets my heart aglow. I spent Monday at Lincoln Park in West Seattle, wandering through towering firs and evergreens, followed the winding paths to the Puget Sound bay and watched people catching Salmon and Steelhead. Tuesday was at Alki beach, something like Venice in all it’s quirky glory, building sand castles and watching green and white ferries roaming beneath the mountains. Today at Pike Place amid the bustle, the oddities, the art, the flowers and fruit and fish, the smells and the yells..
